Money Flow

A measure of the buying and selling pressure on an asset, calculated by analyzing price and volume data to determine whether money is flowing into or out of a security. Positive money flow indicates buying pressure when trades occur at higher prices, while negative money flow signals selling pressure at lower prices.

Example

The analyst observed strong positive money flow into Bitcoin as large buy orders consistently hit the ask price, suggesting institutional accumulation despite sideways price action.
