OptionsS
Strangle
Buying an OTM call and an OTM put with the same expiration but different strikes. Similar to a straddle but cheaper, requiring a larger move to profit.
Example
“He purchased a strangle on NVDA by buying a $500 call and a $450 put expiring in two weeks, paying less premium than a straddle but needing a bigger move to profit.”
