Binance Coin (BNB)

Binance Coin (BNB) is the native cryptocurrency of the Binance ecosystem, originally launched as an ERC-20 token in 2017 before migrating to Binance's own blockchain. BNB serves multiple utility purposes including paying reduced trading fees on the Binance exchange, participating in token sales on Binance Launchpad, and powering transactions on BNB Chain. It is also used for payments, transfers, and various DeFi applications across the Binance Smart Chain ecosystem.
