3. Cancelling
You can cancel any time in your Whop account: Profile → Orders, the plan, then Cancel membership. The Manage on Whop button on the Membership page opens it. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep access to the end of the period you have paid for, and nothing more is charged.
4. Refunds
- No refunds once access has started, on any plan, lifetime included, except where the law requires one. A plan opens its channels and the Hub the moment you pay, and what they show (live trades, analysis, the archive) cannot be handed back. That is why there is a free trial (section 6): try it first, then decide.
- Billing mistakes — a double charge, a wrong amount — are always refunded.
- Cancelling stops the next renewal; access runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- If your account is removed for breaking Cosmic Crypto Club's rules, nothing is refunded.
- If something is wrong with a payment, please contact us before opening a chargeback with your bank, so we can put it right. While a chargeback is open, access is paused.

5. Your right to cancel under UK law
UK consumers normally have 14 days to cancel a contract made online. For digital content that starts straight away, that right ends once access has begun, if you asked for it to start at once and agreed that you lose the right when it does. You do both at checkout, because access is given as soon as you pay. Your other statutory rights are not affected, for example under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if a plan is not provided with reasonable care and skill, or as described.
