Gas Price
The gas price is the amount of ETH (denominated in gwei) a user is willing to pay per unit of gas for a transaction on the Ethereum network. Higher gas prices incentivize validators to process transactions faster, especially during periods of network congestion.
Example
“When the Ethereum network was congested, the user increased the gas price from 30 gwei to 80 gwei to ensure their swap transaction was confirmed within minutes rather than hours.”
