Schiff Pitchfork
A modified version of Andrews' Pitchfork technical analysis tool where the starting point is shifted to the midpoint between the first pivot high and pivot low, providing a different channel perspective for trend analysis.
Example
“The analyst drew a Schiff Pitchfork on the daily gold chart, using the adjusted median line to identify a rising channel that price had respected for three months.”
