Council of the European Union
The Council of the European Union is one of the EU's main decision-making institutions, composed of government ministers from each EU member state. It negotiates and adopts EU laws, coordinates economic policies, and its decisions on fiscal and monetary matters can significantly impact eurozone markets and the euro.
