Currency trading, also known as forex trading or FX trading, is the buying and selling of currencies on the foreign exchange market with the goal of profiting from changes in exchange rates. It is the largest and most liquid financial market in the world, with daily trading volumes exceeding $7 trillion. The forex market operates 24 hours a day, five days a week, across major financial centers in London, New York, Tokyo, and Sydney.
