Descending Trend Line

A Descending Trend Line is a straight line drawn on a chart connecting two or more progressively lower highs, indicating a downtrend. It acts as dynamic resistance, and a breakout above the trendline may signal a potential trend reversal.

Example

Bitcoin broke above the descending trend line that had been in place for six weeks, signaling a potential shift from bearish to bullish momentum.
