Candlestick PatternsE
Engulfing Pattern
A two-candle reversal pattern where the second candle's body completely engulfs the first. Bullish engulfing appears at bottoms; bearish engulfing at tops.
Example
“After a sustained downtrend, a bullish engulfing pattern formed on the ETH/USD daily chart when a large green candle completely engulfed the previous red candle, signaling a potential reversal that led to a 15% rally.”
