Harami
A two-candle reversal pattern where a small candle is contained within the body of the preceding larger candle. A bullish harami appears in a downtrend and a bearish harami appears in an uptrend.
Example
“After a sharp sell-off in AAPL, a bullish harami formed on the daily chart — the small green candle nestled inside the prior large red candle — signaling a potential trend reversal.”
