Liquid Staking
Staking cryptocurrency while receiving a liquid token representing the staked position. Allows users to maintain liquidity while earning staking rewards. Example: Lido's stETH.

“By staking 10 ETH through Lido and receiving 10 stETH tokens in return, the user continued earning staking rewards while using the stETH as collateral in DeFi lending protocols.”
