On-Chain
Refers to blockchain transactions that exist on and have been verified to the blockchain by miners or validators. On-chain transactions are permanently recorded on the distributed ledger and can be publicly verified by anyone.
Example
“The analyst tracked a large on-chain transfer of 5,000 BTC from a known exchange wallet to cold storage, interpreting it as a bullish accumulation signal.”
