Range Trading
A trading strategy that involves buying at support levels and selling at resistance levels when a security's price is moving within a defined range. Traders profit from repeated bounces between the upper and lower boundaries.
Example
“A range trader notices ETH oscillating between $3,200 support and $3,600 resistance for two weeks, so they buy near $3,200 and sell near $3,600 on each bounce.”
