General TradingR
Relative Strength Index (RSI)
A momentum oscillator that measures the speed and magnitude of price movements on a scale of 0 to 100. Readings above 70 indicate overbought conditions, while readings below 30 suggest oversold conditions.
Example
“A trader notices the RSI on the 4-hour ETH chart has reached 82, signaling overbought conditions, and decides to tighten their stop-loss rather than open a new long position.”
