General TradingS
Supply Zone
A price area on a chart where significant selling pressure has historically emerged, causing price to reverse or stall. Traders use supply zones to identify potential areas to take short positions or exit long positions.
Example
“The trader marked a supply zone between $82 and $84 on the 4-hour chart where the last sharp selloff had originated, waiting for price to return there to look for a short setup.”
