Trendline
A line drawn on a chart connecting swing lows (in an uptrend) or swing highs (in a downtrend) to identify the direction and speed of a trend.
Example
“When BTC broke below its 4-month ascending trendline on high volume, traders took it as confirmation that the uptrend had ended and began shorting.”
