Vanuatu Vatu (VUV)

The official currency of Vanuatu, abbreviated as VUV and issued by the Reserve Bank of Vanuatu. The vatu is one of the few currencies worldwide that does not subdivide into smaller units. Vanuatu's economy relies primarily on agriculture, fishing, tourism, and offshore financial services, all of which influence the currency's value in international markets.

Example

USD/VUV traded around 119.50 as tourism revenue strengthened during the peak travel season, providing modest support for the vatu.
