The Taiwan Capitalisation Weighted Stock Index (TAIEX) covers all listed common shares on the Taiwan Stock Exchange. Dominated by semiconductor giant TSMC, which can represent 30%+ of the index, TAIEX is a key barometer for the global chip supply chain.
