Autorité des marchés financiers
The financial regulatory authority of Quebec, Canada, responsible for overseeing securities markets, derivatives, and financial institutions to protect investors and ensure fair markets. The AMF enforces compliance with securities laws, investigates fraud, and educates investors about financial products and risks. Its role is similar to that of the SEC in the United States or the FCA in the United Kingdom.
