In The Money
An option that has intrinsic value. A call is ITM when the underlying price is above the strike; a put is ITM when the underlying is below the strike.
Example
“For example, if you hold a call option on AAPL with a $150 strike price and AAPL is trading at $165, your option is $15 in the money and has intrinsic value.”
