Momentum Trading
A strategy that involves buying securities showing upward price trends and selling those showing downward trends. Momentum traders capitalize on the continuation of existing market trends.

“A momentum trader bought SOL when it broke above its 52-week high with surging volume, riding the trend until momentum indicators showed signs of exhaustion.”
