Oversold
A condition where a security's price has fallen too quickly and may be due for a bounce. Often identified when RSI drops below 30.
Example
“With the RSI at 22 and the stock down 30% in two weeks, the trader identified oversold conditions and entered a long position anticipating a mean-reversion bounce.”
